The Delegates' list will only be shared between attendees of the same course for networking purposes.

* Fees applicable to NHS & Academic only and must be paid in full prior to course date. Unless fees are fully settled in advance, delegates may be refused admission.
Cancellation policy comes into effect on receipt of the registration form
Any cancellation must be sent to info@siobhanlimconsulting.co.uk
· If you are unable to attend substitute delegates will be accepted at any time or you may be able to transfer onto an alternative course date (only if available). Note only one transfer option is allowed.
· Cancellations 21 days prior to the course date: 50% cancellation fee is applicable
· Cancellations less than 21 days prior to the course date: no refund is applicable
In the event of the course being cancelled, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund on the course fees, however we cannot be held liable for any loss on travel/Accommodation costs.
